“ONE MAN REGIMENT” is a 2026 recording from Nigerian Afropop star Fireboy DML, featuring production contributions from Ramii and Dot Da Genius on the album ZUKO!.
The military-inspired expression suggests independence and personal resolve, ideas that connect with the album’s broader presentation of change and self-discovery. Fireboy has described this stage of his career as one involving greater self-awareness, following several years of growth as a recording artist.
Ramii and Dot Da Genius share production duties, giving the song a different combination of contributors within the project. Fireboy has consistently worked across Afrobeats, R&B and contemporary pop, developing a musical approach that accommodates producers from different backgrounds.
Since releasing his debut album in 2019, the singer has built an extensive catalogue while maintaining an identifiable melodic style. This fifth studio project represents another opportunity to explore his artistic independence and the creative changes accompanying his career.
