Refilwe Album

South African Amapiano artist KG_Something has officially released his highly anticipated album, Refilwe. The project arrives as a 12-track release that showcases the artist’s continued growth within the South African dance music scene.

Released on July 24, 2026, Refilwe is an Amapiano project released through Afro Media Connect, under an exclusive license to MALEPA Music.

The album brings together KG_Something and a wide range of collaborators, including Twizi Deep, French August, DJ Riley, Joyza, GeeFlexx, OoFDawg, Carl The Activist, Dibson, Njax MN, Imor.art, Masi Masilela, Buzz Inc. and VTouch.

With 12 songs and a reported runtime of approximately 17 minutes, Refilwe offers a concise listening experience built around modern Amapiano and electronic dance influences. The project highlights KG_Something’s ability to work with multiple artists while maintaining a connection to the energetic, collaborative nature of South African dance music.
